Manufacturing

Our factory is equipped with latest 2 high tonnage presses, peeling machine, seasoning chamber, dryer, boiler, resin impregnation plant, vacuum impregnation plant, film manufacturing plant. We are able to supply 1000 sheets of densified plywood daily. Our presses can pressure up to 3500 tones and can produce plywood, laminates and other composites of size ranging from 5'x3' to 11'x6'.

Research And Development

Research and development comprises an on-site laboratory that has strict quality control and inspection methods and also plays a significant role in creating new products. Most importantly, we produce to ISO standards. All our products are developed in close collaboration with our customers.

Quality Control

We possess continuous pre-shipping inspection system. The inspection process begins as soon as order is confirmed. The quality and nature of raw material, processing techniques and important notes will be recommended to the factory management. Our experienced team of inspectors with long years of experience will inspect every order while production process and prior to shipping.

A uniform inspection report will then be issued to our customers. Only on the basis of the inspection report a decision is made whether shipment will be permitted or will require further re-processing and inspection.
